should I go up a bit?
I think and hope Carl has stopped bouncing so much, but there is some still happening. The spreadsheet is updated. It looks weird on my end, the colors are offset, but I think its readable.
He still has those 100+ drops and spikes, and he probably always has had them, I just haven't tested as much until now.

I appreciate everyone's advice and kindness. Updated spreadsheet. There are months missing. I was writing down the numbers then lost the paper, then dropped the meter in the water bowl and lost everything. They're pretty sturdy but it was acting weird so I ordered a replacement.
