%carbs or Carbs as % of calories?

What is the difference?

When I call companies they give me carb % and they seem ignorant of the 'As Fed" numbers.

It is difficult to get the numbers of new foods.

Janet and Binky's charts are great and now there are so many new foods. Which food to trust?

Do we trust Natura now that P&G has taken over?

I am not good at crunching numbers, but probably can figure out how to use Janet's spread sheet with some help. But it's that "As Fed" number that stops me cold.

Is there a way to convert?

Has anyone done Acana, Before Grain, Go! or Origen dry foods. I only see two low carb dry on any chart. I cannot do all canned.
