I recently inquired with a company about the carbohydrate content in their food. This is what they sent me, but I’m not sure which percentage I go by. I like to write the percentage on the cans, so I know which ones are low carb, medium, carb, or high carb.
  • The Grilled Beef contains 2.40 carb (% as fed), 9.7% carb (of calorie content) and 11.82% (Dry Matter Basis)
  • The Grilled Chicken contains 1.90 carb (% as fed), 7.06% carb (of calorie content) and 8.67% (Dry Matter Basis)
  • The Grilled Turkey contains 1.64 carb (% as fed), 6.03% carb (of calorie content) and 7.60% (Dry Matter Basis)
Thanks for your help!

I have read some members say as feed is OK and some say dry matter
I believe our food chart is as fed basis
