? Caninsulin dosing advice due in an hour.

Romulus went down to 2.4 (43) on AT 2 hours ago. He was given HC food and a drop of honey. One hour after he was 4.4 (79) and an hour after that 12.8 (230). He is due his shot in an hour. Do I give him the full amount of 1.5 units or not? As he came down from +6 to +9 do you think his pancreas may be healing a tad?

I personally don't know a thing about caninsulin so I can't offer any suggestions, and since this is the Lantus group, I'm not sure how much experience others have with caninsulin, either. I can say that the 43 AT does make me particularly nervous, though. I think your safest bet is to call your vet for advice.
