Can Ondansetron be crushed?

Hi all, can Ondansetron be crushed and added to food, or is it too bitter? I hate pilling Willow because of hurting her poor teeth, but she's starting to pick her meatballs apart. Thanks so much, with love, nikki

Hello I use a pill shooter to give my kitties and dogs their pills. You load the pill pull the plunder open the cat's mouth and shoot in the back of the throat. You just have to be quick and they have no idea they just swallowed the pill. Should be able to find at a pet store. Hope this helps Willow. Beautiful kitty.

Apparently small (1/4 tab) portions at least can be crushed and added to food, but Willow is good about food additives
