I'd stick with the 2.75. Lantus tends to work more predictably with a consistent dose-- even if you don't like the predictions

. I'm also not sure that he needs a higher dose at night. First, that's not a great way to deal with bounces-- better to wait them out than try to knock them down with insulin. Second, he's not even really bouncing all that much. A lot of the green daytime cycles Monkey has had recently
started with a green number. He may have looked like he was bouncing the previous night, but he sure got over it quick and went low late at night! Since you aren't getting tests during the second half of the nighttime cycle, I would be
very hesitant to increase insulin in the PM.
Monkey is looking pretty good during the day, at least!
