Can I use heavier dose at PMPS?

I'd stick with the 2.75. Lantus tends to work more predictably with a consistent dose-- even if you don't like the predictions ;). I'm also not sure that he needs a higher dose at night. First, that's not a great way to deal with bounces-- better to wait them out than try to knock them down with insulin. Second, he's not even really bouncing all that much. A lot of the green daytime cycles Monkey has had recently started with a green number. He may have looked like he was bouncing the previous night, but he sure got over it quick and went low late at night! Since you aren't getting tests during the second half of the nighttime cycle, I would be very hesitant to increase insulin in the PM.

Monkey is looking pretty good during the day, at least! :)

[By the way, you have one day (6/14) on your spreadsheet where the "world" numbers are in the "US" tab (not converted).]

I agree with all that Nan has said. I would not increase the dose for the pm cycle. Lantus needs to be at the same dose night and morning, otherwise you will mess up the depot. and Monkey is doing so much better now. His bounces are only lasting less then a cycle. What’s needed now is patience!

Peter did you Send a PM ( private message) to @Camille and Cyclone about photos of PenPen? Camille organises the great OTJ threads so that we can all celebrate.
