4 days ago Rooh's PM shot was stalled for 2 hrs. Since then i have been shooting 15 min early every shot except I forgot this morning and his shot was at 9am. I need to be out the door at 8:15 am tomorrow for an all day meeting.

So I am thinking I will shoot 25 min early tonight and 20 mins early tomorrow morning. Does anyone think this will make a huge difference? Should i skinny the dose a little or leave it at 3.25?

Well, it looks like he is clearing his bounce today, it will really depend on what the BG is at shot time. If Rooh was still high probably no problem, but shooting early can act as a slight dose increase. You don't want that if he is low. check again an hour before shot time. That extra test at +11 can tell you where he is headed. That should give plenty of time to get up to the minute advice for the shot.

If you test in 1/2 hour (+11.5) and Rooh is still rising, I think you'd be fine with shooting 1/2 hour early tonight, since you shot "on time" this morning.

Some Lantus (and Levemir) kitties will do a second dip at the end of the cycle, where they go down a little bit, but not as low as the nadir. It could be that is what you are seeing.

I'd do the same thing in the morning. Get up earlier to get a +11 and see if the numbers are going up or down. Then when your shot time comes you can see if you need to BCS to feel safe.
