About 2 hours her PMPS BG reading, Joshi threw up a hairball (a long with some food she had just scarfed down). She otherwise is acting fine, but her PMPS reading was 384, which is higher than what she's been reading lately. That close to her BG reading, could her throwing-up have caused a higher reading? She readily ate her preshot food, and is now wrestling with a catnip toy.
I'm not too concerned I guess (will be more curious what her reading will be before I head off to bed). What is the general effect of "normal" vomiting on BG? This is the first time I have actually witnessed her throw-up since diagnosis.
