I'm considering pretty Callie in remission. She had 2 readings at 133 during the last 2 weeks but after eating her blood sugar dropped into the greens. I am soooooo thrilled and hope this helps her get adopted.

May she never need steroids again!!!!!

Tuck even gave me a blue pre-shot to celebrate. Considering that he had a black pre-shot last night, that's a really unexpected gift from him!

I need to find my real camera, grrr. It's time to start shooting pics for some adoption listings. In my signature there is a link to see pictures of Callie, Tuck and Oliver. I will try to grab a party picture, today.

Hooray for Callie!! Congratulations!

Oh my goodness, when Callie went into remission Tuck must've gotten jealous. He's suddenly requiring less insulin and looking better. I hope he keeps this up! Last 4th of July I was in shambles because one of my all time favorite cats lost her battle with kidney disease. What a difference a year makes :joyful:.

And how is Oliver doing?
He's OK. I'm trying a reduction to see if I can get a gentler curve. I always have to remind myself that the preshot numbers are only part of the story. AKA lowering the dose may be the answer rather than increasing it ;). I think he may have a bad tooth but he's really fighting me to get a look in his mouth.

Yes that could be the answer indeed! Hoping it will work.
Oh no! Hey Oliver, let your parent take a look at your teeth! Haha
