I am happy with the lower numbers. But the vomiting is still concerning. She vomited three times...brown liquidy stuff. I think it was food related though it was about four hours after her morning meal. WTH is going on with her?

Going to the vet tomorrow. I sure hope I get some answers.

Sorry if I missed this but did you say what flavour food she is eating. Sammy pukes up fish everytime.

She has been eating Friskees pate Ocean Whitefish and Tuna. She has been eating it for months. What should I try besides the seafood options. Though I just bought several cans of it.

Here the menu consists of the following Friskies pate flavors since one civie refuses to eat the same flavor two meals in a row.

Turkey and Giblets
Supreme Supper
Poultry Platter
Liver and Chicken
Country style Dinner
Mixed Grill
Then on Fridays they get a fishy flavor because it's a running joke with our friends that the cats are Catlicks or possibly Bastists. Actually its also because it's the easiest way for me to remember when they last had fish.

But of the fishy flavors I rotate between
Salmon
Mariners catch
Ocean whitefish and tuna
Sea Captain's Choice
And when I can find it Classic Seafood Dinner

Ok...I'm stupid...but what is a civie? LOL

So you are suggesting I rotate the flavors so she gets something different every day? Wouldn't that be more tummy upsetting than the same flavor?

I can try that and see how it goes. Am I feeding too much, too chilly, too hot, too often, not often enough? LOL can you tell I'm a bit confused as to what I should be doing to help with the vomiting?

And now the +6 was a higher number than she has EVER been since her diagnosis.

Kristen,

Remember fish has mercury in it. Feeding to much fish is not good. I almost never feed mine fish unless its as a treat. They eat mostly chicken and turkey.
Calley has something going on for sure. I would ask them to run a test for pancreatitis.
Here is a post that one of the senior members here wrote about pancreatitis.

The best test is a Spec fPl test for pancreatitis. Hope you find out whats wrong with her.

Sorry sometimes I forget not everyone speaks sugarcatese lol.

Civie, short for Civilian or our nondiabetic kitties cat_pet_icon

Some cats will eat the same flavor forever others like her meowjesty Tre'Vona will snub her nose at the same flavor at lunch that she ravenously devoured at breakfast. Some could careless if its frozen solid or just barely cool enough not to burn their mouths, others want it warmed to the exact temperature of a freshly slain mouse. Whether Civie or Sugar they're still cats and a phrase you will learn to hate but unfortunately its true. E.C.I.D. (Every Cat Is Different)
