Buttons was a bit high

Buttons has had great numbers for the past 3 weeks. No insulin. She was very close to 200 today. Has this happened to others?
 
Cassandra's cat, Angel, had a few spikes a little while after going OTJ.

What time period had elapsed between the test and Buttons' previous feed? Also, was there anything that might have spooked her?
 
Any chance of infection? stress? Constipation? Regardless, if she continues to run in the 200s, you could try a tiny dose and see if she drops.
 
She dropped right back down after I gave her .75 and numbers are completely normal again. Thank you God and a low carb feeding program :RAHCAT
