Last nights nadir was about perfect, but today was a little flat, looks like time to bump up to .5u.

Yes, I agree.
I put in a call today for Dr. Stephanie to call me tomorrow before she goes home for the weekend to discuss incressing it. I still plan on 0.4u AM and getting several BGs in before we talk as that was the plan we agreed on.
The plan also included to call and discuss an increase if she went over 400, which she has not.
Hopefully, I can get a +5 and +10 this cycle
Went to dentist and then fell asleep when I got home so didn't get anything +4 to +9
