I have a condo for rent so turning that over in the early part of the mornings while my mom is still sleeping. that's been keeping me busy along with my other responsibilities. New refrigerator arriving on Wed. DH painted yesterday. Hope I get a new tenant in ASAP.

Thanks Paula. So far, from Craiglist, one call and that didn't pan out. I am impatient but DH has been doing this a lot longer than me and he is a cool cucumber, telling me to chill. It's only been on Craig's list for 3 days and FB for 1. I want lots of calls. Is that too much to ask for?? LOL !
