Good Morning L,B, & L ~
It's been a while since we last posted. Bubba seems to still have some gunk in his ears; it's a lot less than before , but I'm still getting stuff out. His vet said to keep going with the Zymoz ( non steroidal) until they is no more brown stuff. Sept 11th will be 4 full weeks.
His numbers have been great for over a week now , but I am reluctant to take him off his 0.1 dose until we stop the Zymox.
OT:
Last week was a crazy busy week. Mom had 2 doc appointments, both routine, foot and regular doc. She is doing great since being on Lantus and her numbers are coming down. She is down to 6 units once a day now from 12. Her A1c came down a lot. Her doc was impressed with how I was handling her dose reductions. I told her we had Bubba to thank for that.
I had my return to the eye doc. She said that my condition has greatly improved and the good news was that at this point if the retina was going to detach along with the vitreous, it would have done it by now so I am out of the woods. The flashing and floaters are at a minimum now only noticeable when I get up in the middle of the night and it is dark. Kinda like having meteor showers in my eye.
@Sonia & Leo , thanks for asking on your thread last night.
