I spoke with the vet today about Bruski licking and seemingly liking the taste of our red soil here. He has areas of bare, compacted soil that he likes to roll in. He ends up covered in red power & I accuse him of using henna on his hair :lol: . Anyway, Bruski was rolling in the dirt & I went over to scratch him when he immediately began licking the surface soil & kept at it for several good licks (6 or 8 is my guess) and swallowing in between.
The vet suggested he may be low in a micro nutrient & I might try a good multi-vitamins. Bruski has cardiomyopathy & is on lots of meds. They are listed on Lanky's SS, see the meds tab at the bottom of the SS. This is the direct link to the SS.
