I know that bounces normally take 3 days to clear. But I honestly thought tonight at preshot we were getting somewhere until I checked her at +3.5

Just wondering if I should increase her tomorrow morning, keep her dose the same or decrease it.

She's on Lantus and free fed a low carb diet.

Hi. I can't help with dosing because you're using the world spreadsheet and there's no US tab. I hope someone who understands your numbers will be along soon.

Just FYI....I had the same problem but you can always just multiply by 18 to get the US numbers

I think you could call this a failed reduction and go back to 2.25

It looks like that last green was probably due to the depot still being at the higher dose and you haven't seen any green since then

Thanks so much Chris I'll up her dose in the morning. Can't stand to see her in the high numbers after that beautiful run we had. Much appreciated :)

In your last post here, you said that you were following SLGS. Has that changed? Whether you chose TR or SLGS for dosing impacts our dose suggestions. It'll help us help you if you put either SLGS or TR in your signature block. It does look more like you are doing TR now as you've been holding the dose with numbers below 5.0 (90). There is no concept of failed reduction in SLGS.

Yup sorry should have said that. Will update signature tomorrow as it's 2:20 am here

It would also help if you could replace the spreadsheet in your signature with the version that has the US numbers included so we stop bugging you because most of us are metric handicapped!

I agree with with the others have suggested -- I'd bump Molly's dose back to 2.25u.
