HI reading this morning after just breaking the bounce yesterday. This poor boy's body must think I'm trying to kill him! Dosing advice needed.

I don't think he cleared the bounce yet. You might have seen the high before the clearing. They are tricky that way!

Com'on Boops you can do it:cat: I know the bouncy ball is fun to play with, but after a while it does get boring.
I was quite a bouncy kitty myself, but now I just have little bounces. (at least I think I have little bounces) You can too. I know you can.:cat:

Take a break from testing and maybe check him again around +10 or even wait til pmps. Tell yourself he's giving you a break and go enjoy it. No point in testing when they're just going to depress you. I agree with Elise, he's bouncing from the yellow numbers yesterday. This is a normal part of the process.

Has he ever had his teeth cleaned, Erin? Any smelly breath, not just cat-food breath but icky?

Yes, he typically needs a dental at least once a year. He's lost about 5-6 teeth due to dental disease. It really is about that time for a cleaning now that you mention it. I swear, that boy is going to end up the toothless wonder!

Down to 388 at +10.
Does anyone know what an extremely noisy belly could be a symptom of? Sometimes, when its very loud after eating, he purrs, but I'm assuming it's to comfort himself.

No, very rarely. I was wondering about IBS or colitis or something. We used to give digestive enzyme supplements before he got diagnosed. Not really sure they helped because I still heard loud rumbling. Maybe just old age. I added all of his recent bloodwork to the spreadsheet also to see if anyone notices anything odd.

I think you would see diarrhea or constipation if he had a bowel disease. Maybe he swallows air when he eats. You could try elevating his bowl and see if that changes anything.
Does he scarf his food really fast?

Elevating is something to consider. Since we've been feeding more, he hasn't been killing food. He eats a little and then walks away. However, when he was only getting 2 cans, he would scarf it all before walking away. If I put Fortiflora on his food, he will throw down the entire bowl. Then, he will possibly go throw up. Therefore, he hasn't been getting that much lately.
