Back to the greens today! We've come up with a plan to make sure the dog's food is outside now that I'm almost positive she's gotten into some of it at least once or twice (I have one really slow eater who sometimes doesn't finish all her dinner. But today is a new day and she's looking pretty good so far! Hope everyone is doing well today. Yesterday's News

ETA: So I've been looking back over Booger's spreadsheet on her current dose. For the most part her daytime numbers are better than night. I probably should have done it before now but I guess my question is should I go ahead with the increase tonight since she's getting all those night time high numbers?

What a nice cycle for Booger today. Come on, Boog, keep surfing those greens.

Hope the food shuffling works out well. They can be such sneaky little critters when it comes to the high-carb stuff. :YMSIGH:

ETA: Did you know you have two condos labeled 9/27? I wasn't sure if you knew that or if you meant to label the other one as 9/26. :-D

Thank you! The pup is just going to have to eat or have her food taken up I guess.. I did not pay attention to that! I guess I was trying to get caught up on my posting last night late and it was technically 9/27 so it threw me off.. oops! I'll fix it, thank you! Hope you have a good day!

Booger's looking prety good - today looks fantastic!

You might make notes on the ss remarks of when you think she got into the dog crunchies. That would likely make a difference in considering dosing changes. So glad you've got it figured out - stay out of the crunchies, miss booger!

Thanks Julie,
I did have one night of concern (09/23) where she didn't spike at all, continued to drop and I eventually spiked her with med carb food (a little too much) so I could get some sleep and go to work that AM (although I did set the alarm). There have been a couple mornings I've woke up and found just a few kibbles left in Lila's bowl and Booger's numbers have been really high at +11/12.. and I have suspected it.. so would it be wise to give her a few more days considering this is happening mostly at night? The dog food bowls are outside with them during the day and now that the speculation is there, the bowls are coming up at night. When she gets low (around 65-70), I have caught her sniffing around the dogs bowl before so I'm thinking this is what's going on).. So should I wait and see if this hypothesis is correct before increasing? Thanks!

yes. i thnk that's a good idea. If your goal is remission, you want to make certain she can't get any high carb food unless you're giving it to her.

I can't prove it.. but it's what I think. Starting tonight we'll at least eliminate that so there is definitely no more question. Thanks for your help!
