I ran Chem 10 strip last night on Boo and sure enough, positive for nitrates, leukocytes and a trace amount of blood. I stopped by the vet a few minutes ago and picked up some Clavamox. I had a hunch something was "off" with these suddenly high numbers. Now we'll do some extra monitoring as the infection clears.
So, I am pretty exhausted after 3 12's, and am glad to have a few days off
....I'm certain that that's too many days in a row for that long and don't think I'll be agreeing to that again...it just doesn't seem safe.
The DH, Boo and I are leaving town today to pick up an RV we bought in SC...we are big campers and now that we're getting a bit older....like the idea of having a bed to lay our heads down on at night (and of course we will now have a cat with us on our adventures ;-) ;-) ).
I have missed visiting everyone's condos but will be back this weekend and look forward to catching up!
