Board Inaccessible for Most Users!

Currently, there are only a couple of people who are able to access the board, so if you're wondering why no one has responded to your posts, you are one of the few users who still have access. For assistance in the meantime, please go to the facebook group at http://www.facebook.com/groups/62167000201. If you don't have facebook, there is also a yahoo group at http://pets.groups.yahoo.com/group/felinediabetes.

ETA: In the future, if you have difficulties accessing FDMB using the http://felinediabetes.com/FDMB/ address, you may want to save the http://208.131.143.77/FDMB/ address to your bookmarks/favorites. As mentioned below by Nancy&Pepper, this address still seems to sometimes work when the site is down.

People should slowly be signing in.... the people in the facebook group, now that the link has been posted there.
Rebecca confirms that she has been able to sign on as well....

Now may be a very good idea to bookmark this link so that if you need to access this site in future when it's down, you can try to access via IP address.

Is there a way to e-mail the info to members? A pm won't do it.

why not ask for a sticky to be made.... give info on the facebook groups, suggesting they join, and also provide the IP address link, advising people to bookmark the link in case of similar future outages
 
I came in through the Face Book page also, on the IP address.

So glad someone was smart enough to figure that out!

I don't think so....
I got an email about the working link from site administrator but I think I only got that because I'd sent an email about an error message. I'm glad I got that because I had no idea there was a Facebook page or a Yahoo group and wouldn't have even thought of looking there! (Duh!)
 
Confused here - I had an email from my UK pal Elizabeth giving the new site address, but when I clicked onto it a warning message came up saying the site may have viruses. I decided to leave it for a while. Checking Facebook, saw Venita's post with a link to the new site, got here, logged in - but now every time I go to another site and then return here, I have too log in again (ie it won't remember me even though I've ticked the box).

Any suggestions as to what might be going on?

I have the same login issue as you. The IP address is just the temporary address to use until they get everything sorted out and it's all up and running again.
 
Just bookmark the link with IP address in it, and yes, you do have to keep logging in again and again, but it does not log you out while you are posting.

Until Rebecca posts that the issues have been resolved, you can think of this link as just the side door to the same house, or if you like, you are climbing in a window to get in.
 
I'm wondering if the shopping links are working or not.
I wanted to order something from amazon but I want FDMB to get the kickback.
guess I'll just wait until everything is normal.
 
Being on dial up facebook is near impossible to load on my computer. I was quite sad but finally found my way here. THANK YOU REBECCA for ALL you do!
