I'm not sure how this happened but Blue is 177 this morning. I already fed and he got .75

Hi Patty,

He didn't drop too far too fast last night. This is encouraging. He didn't head into the rafters after the blues..

Today, I think it could help if you keep a very close eye on the early part of the cycle so that he doesn't drop too far to fast in the first couple of hours - giving small snacks as numbers dictate - and also to make sure he doesn't dip down too low.

I think he needs some time on the 0.75 but heretofore we didn't catch him early enough in the cycle to slow the drops and stop him dipping down too low to the point where the dose needs reduction almost immediately.

Blue is at 308 now. I don't know what happened but looking back he sometimes does this. Seems like a big jump for LC food.

I think the previous increase wasn’t enough and that’s partially why he’s so high. I’m wondering if starting with hc isn’t working right now but when you didn’t you got big drops. He’s a challenge.

Sorry I couldn’t stay up longer but I was nodding off. You didn’t really need me though. You did it all on your own. I hope you can get a nap in but with that amps it might not be for awhile. I think giving smaller amounts of hc might be the answer to keep him from going too high.

No, but I don't leave dry food out anymore. Brat needs to gain so small meals are good for her. The others want to eat all night too but they don't get too. Only the before bedtime snack.
