Sorry I am not a native Eglish speaker, please bare with my English and help me.

I have two cats, both male, brothers, 6 years old, 7kg and 7.5kg, getting neutered when 1 year old.

They both have blood in urine about a year, they both need to pee multiple times in a short time, sometimes the blood comes with the last drop of urine, sometimes the whole urine is red. They eat,
drink, play, sleep normal, and they did not lose weight much, they lose weight about 0.5kg in a year, and right now they are keeping this weight.

And I find one of them will often get pee on his belly, I really do not know how it gets there, I try to follow him wathing him pee, but it won't wet his belly. So I guess maybe it is pee on his belly when he fall asleep, I do not know. He is a long hair cat, his penis is usually wet, and we will wash his penis once in two days, but still, his penis is turned big and turned black. The other one is a short hair cat, he doesn't have such issue.

They drank boiled water from birth to 4 years old, then we move home, now they are drinking filtered water without boiled. And they drank a lot. They eat dry food, the ORGANIX indoor adult cat food, and the ORGANIX adult cat food. Sometimes they eat beef, shrimp, about once a week. They do not like fish or chiken.

I learned this probably is FLUTD, And I tested their urine PH, the value is about 7-7.5. So I tried some medicine for them.

1) Clavulox, about two months, when they have it, the blood is a little bit better(like one day ok, the next day not ok), but they will get Loose stool, once I stopped Clavulox, the stool is ok and the blood is coming again.

2) VET A MIX, Methio-Form, about one month, no use, not getting worse.

3) DORWEST, MIXED VEGETABLE tablets, about one month, no use, not getting worse.

4) VetPlus, CYSTAID, about two month, almost no use, not getting worse.

Please help me.

PLEASE take them to a vet. They can run tests to find out what is wrong and give nedicine. There are a lot of reasons this could be happening. A vet visit is necessary to keep them safe.

This very much sounds like bladder infection. It needs to be treated by a vet. Long term infection can result in sepsis - infection throughout the body - and kill them or permanently damage the kidneys which will eventually kill the cats.

You say their urine is 7.0 - 7.5 which is too alkaline for a cat. it should be acidic and should fall in the range of 6.0 - 6.5 when the urine isn't acidic, it allows 'bad things' to grow or form. Bacteria can take hold - it happens, but often a cat who has FLUTD does not have a bacterial infection. It also allows crystals to form and grow which are irritating to the bladder walls and can cause bloody urine.

Cats on a dry food diet can't drink enough water to make up for the lack of moisture in the dry food.

A switch to canned food may help your cats a great deal.

Please, take them to the vet for a urinalysis, to find out what is going on and help them.

Many cats get diarrhea when they are given antibiotics. You have to keep them on the antibiotics to get them better.

Please take them to the vet!! I have a male who pees blood when he has problems. It hasn't happened for a while now, but when a new vet insisted I change what had been working for years, he had to have a catheter put in. It can be serious, please take them to the vet!!
