Both cats bg is back into a good range. Just tested and one is at 86 and the other 83.
I did two test on each cat, one on the old meter and the other on the new meter using the same blood and the numbers were only a point higher for one and the same on the other, these numbers were 2 1/2 after they were feed.

My conclusion is that the batch of FF that we bought at the same store over a three week period must have had something diffrent to it. All of the same flavor cans had the same lot number so it was the same batch .

I will continue to monitor them every few days to be sure their staying back on track .

Glad to hear that Dasher and Blitzen are doing better and that they're back in great numbers. I had similar food batch problems with Smilla kitten food last year.

Fingers and paws crossed that all is back to normal now with the new batch of food.

Maybe. I found it hard to believe that both my cats would fall out of remission the same time, it had to be their diet or a virus. I will continue to monitor them and see where it goes from here. This board seemed to have a good number of kitties fall out pretty much the same time and that seemed odd to me. Not saying it can't happen but it seem suspicious to me. Paws cross d for all.
