Biddy AMPS 212 Need advice about irratic work schedule

I am very grateful for the help here. I am new and very eager to get my kitty well.

I have an erratic work schedule. For example, today I will be gone from 7:00am and return home at 5:00pm.
She had her morning shot at 6:00am. I will wait to 6:00pm to give it to her this evening. I need to somehow adjust so it is ok to shoot her at 8:45pm tomorrow night. I would usually move forward 30 minutes each time I give a shot. I don't know if that is ok. I see much her about consistency and care but my schedule is very irregular. So I will work early today and late Monday and Wednesday. I would be grateful for advice. I don't want this to hurt her. I see people mentioning waiting ten minutes or so. Does this matter?

I can't upload the spreadsheet here. Is there possibly an email I can send it to? I only have about two weeks of the correct format.

She is the most important in the world to me. My previous vet tried all kinds of things like chlorambucil for her weight loss but did not suggest it was caused by her diabetes. He only did spot checks for glucose monitoring for two years. She is down to about 8.2 pounds and I am absolutely desperate to do everything and anything I can to help her. I am very grateful for your help. I am not too swift with tech stuff but I can learn.

I will tag someone to help you with our spreadsheet. Have you started ours? I don’t see a link. Two weeks is fine. It’s too hard for me to read yours. @Bandit's Mom

Are you going to use one of our methods?
 
Yes. I have two weeks and I managed understand it spreadsheet and now I really like the format. However, I only have it as an Excel spreadsheet. I have never used Google apps etc. So if I can email the spreadsheet to you via Yahoo, I can send you what I have asap. The upload function does not seem to work.
