BG at 202 - dose?

I've seen on here that cut-off for shooting is 200. I don't have a lot of data on Sam, but what I have shows pretty big drops with his current dose of 1u. Should I give him a full dose, or a touch less?

His nadirs have been safe with one unit But his pre shots are coming down. I think I'd either give .5 or pull up one unit and let out a few drops. Since it is overnight, it would be easier if you don't have to worry about him dropping low.

I'm tempted to try the full dose minus a few drops, just in the hope that we might hit a green , but I think I would sleep better if I give him a wee bit less tonight. Thanks for the counsel!

@Mogmom and Goofus Sam quit sleeping there because he got too chubby . That picture was taken when I first brought him home about eight years ago. He was malnourished and a little on the small size. I've wondered if he might start again since he's lost so much weight with the new diet!
