BG 211, do I give Insulin?

I guess I just realized I'm not certain when I should/should not give the insulin. Is there a chart for PZI listing these ranges? Since Milo was low this morning, I did not give insulin. I just tested him at 211, do I give him an evening dose? Sorry, I feel like I came across this information at some point, but cannot find it right now.

How much insulin are you giving?

We usually say if they're over 200, you should give the scheduled dose, but since you just started the spreadsheet and we don't know how much you're supposed to give, there's not much advice we can give you without more information.
