Elmo continues to walk the narrow road of remission- thyroid- aging kidneys so it’s a constant balancing act . 
I tried a different food when he was turning his nose up at his Whole Earth Duck and even tho low carb it popped his BG up a bit but once stopped he went back to the 60s . Prayers to you and yours in the great state of Texas
