Best way to sufficiently agitate insulin before drawing?

I know it's not supposed to be shaken, so I just roll it gently. But, I want to be certain that I am agitating it enough, and properly.

Any suggestions?

That's good to know. I ask because after Pumpkin's surgery his numbers weren't coming down as easily as they were directly before. Me and my Vet were trying to troubleshoot and she'd asked if I were agitating it well enough.

But, yes it is a clear liquid that truly doesn't appear to need agitating to begin with.
