? best place to buy u40 insulin syringes

I got 10 syringes at the vet. They are gonna run out fast.

Do you re-use? If so, how many times?

Where is the cheapest place to buy?

It's not a good idea to re-use syringes.....This is why

American Diabetes Wholesale has U40 syringes with half unit markings for a reasonable price

There's the UltiCare and B/D syringes that both have half unit markings and are U40 syringes

Never reuse needles. Very bad. You risk infection and the blunt needle can be painful.

Walmart sells U100 needles at 12.50/box of 100 (something like that, my price could be off a little). At least in Maryland I can buy all I want without a prescription. Note: one U40 unit = 2.5 U100 units, so if you can do simple math, you can use U100 needles. I would never reuse a needle!

I tried the ReliOn ones that Walmart sells but found the plunger wasn't as smooth as the Carepoints or Ulticare and discovered it wasn't so easy to adjust small increments.

Walmart required a prescription, ADW did not.
