Benny (old timer ) needing dose change

Hi
Benny has been diabetic since a DKA in November 2021. I used all your lovely help then and he has been stable up until now when a routine urine test showed glucose. He was on Lantus at 1.5u twice a day. He has had a Libre fitted and dose has been upped to 2u but he is showing a lot of high numbers ( Ketones -ve thank goodness). he was 17 last week!
Could @Bandit's Mom please do me a new spread sheet for 2023?

Once you have been able to input some recent data (even just the data for July is fine), we can help you with dosing. You want to post on the Lantus forum.

Thank you! I have filled in what I can. I was away for June in Europe so Husband was doing it all. Not sure what time he was giving doses. I am currently on 8am and 8pm . I am hoping a drop above 2 will get him down into some better numbers. I will give him 6 more cycles and then post in Lantus forum for advice.
