Yes, he is and so am I, it made me feel a lot better when u mentioned no blacks yesterday, I was so anxious about all the new stuff yesterday I didn’t even notice and I was all smiles with the yellow this am, has not been black in am or pm since lantus
 
I wonder if Bella sensed your nerves and that was what he reacted to at shot time rather than any stinging. I’m glad you’re both more relaxed today!
 
I suggest you put up daily posts on the Lantus forum, especially in these early days. It'll be a lot easier for the experts over there to find you and follow Bella's progress. The titles of the threads there look confusing but it's actually simple:
  • today's date
  • kitty's name
  • AMPS BG number
  • add in other test numbers to the title as you get them (use "edit thread title" to the lower right of the title bar)
  • add in anything else that needs attention - eg. "won't eat"
Each day copy and paste the link to your previous day's thread into your first post of the day. That way people can find and read your history easily without having to search for it.

You can certainly post here too. Down the line, though, when you have more specific Lantus dosing questions, it's best to have an ongoing presence on that forum. :)
 
Kris, by flat curve does that mean it didn’t go from 1 extreme to the other? I know that question is :confused::confused:
