Sorry nobody got back to you sooner. In the future, if you get a Pre-shot under 200, the best idea is to stall, DON'T feed and test again in 20-30 minutes to see which direction the blood glucose is going.
If you use that time to post here but make your subject line clearer (like "STALLING! NEED HELP!) you'll have more luck getting somebody's attention sooner. Once you have someone's attention to help you, you can go back and edit your subject line to the normal way.
