I have one unused Lantus cartridge, and one cartridge that has been punctured with a very small amount removed. I will ship them in Canada to someone who needs them. I don't want reimbursement.

They were purchased Feb 14, 2010 , and expire June 2012. The used cart was first punctured Sep 24/10, and last punctured Oct 4/10. I don't know if it is still good, as it has been open for more than 28 days, but was only actually in use for a couple of weeks. It has been kept refrigerated.

Hi Linda,
I was going to donate Stu's Lantus cartridges to DCIN, but Venita advised me to wait until the weather got milder because of the danger of the insulin freezing during shipment. That might be a factor for you, too, unless someone very local to you will get the insulin.

Rusty and Ted had a good time at the party last night. This is the first I've heard that it was "wild"!

Hi Linda-

I just shipped Boomer's 2 leftover (never opened SoloStar pens) Lantus to Nicole & Baby. I never thought about freezing. I shipped them via FedEx to arrive on Friday. It's taken me so long to get to this point...I can't believe it never even crossed my mind that they could freeze! nailbite_smile
