I start work tomorrow morning... looks like Baxter is up to some old tricks. Doesn't surprise me...I have to be somewhere in the morning & every morning now. :?

Most people here would say that's the same number, although for Grayson, sometimes, that's an entire cycle!

He'll adapt, and you'll figure a way to make sure you've got a shootable number before you go in. I know it'll be hard, but just think of all the commuters that have to shoot and leave and not be back for 10-12 hours. It works, just without as many mid-cycle tests. Remember, this job is an opportunity to do more with him! That's a good thing! As my sister said about day care...when trying to justify it to my mom: they have him while I can pay full attention to my job, and after that - it's all about him! If it's close enough, maybe you can take your lunch at home with him!

Have a great day - and Baxter, NICE numbers!!!

Thank you so much Lu for reminding me about the opportunities the new job will bring for me and for Baxter.
I having a hard day today think about tomorrow & leaving Baxter. I know I making it worse then what it is. Washing all the new clothes I got kind of helps.... if I'm going to worry at work about Baxter I might as well look good doing it.

SWEEEET +4!

Posted on your other thread, but will tell you, again, I have confidence you and Baxter will figure this thing out.

Good luck starting your new job.

You and Baxter will find a new routine, just like when they are first dx it seems scarry and overwhelming but within a few weeks you find your groove and everything gets easier.

Baxter buddy, help mama out and cooperate with the new routine.

Thank you everyone! I have given it a lot of thought about changing Baxters schedule. I think doing so will allow me time I the morning for anything that might come up ie...delaying the shot in cause of a low number. It will also allow me to test him when come home for lunch which would be around his +6-+7. Also, give me a couple hours around +2 in the morning after his shot to see if there is a huge drop if should ever accrue.
I will start towards the end of the week on moving his shot to 6am & 6pm. I wish I would have thought of this sooner like last week. Everyone has told me he will be fine which I know he will be.
Again thank you!

Jenn I so get it - heading into the time of year when it's like I get a second job I just don't know how I'm going to work it out (also the time of year my husband is not available as much) but it just HAS to work so it WILL WORK. Hang in and good luck with the new job.
