ALL A BOARD!!
I put Baxter on the train this morning. In hopes it's the right train on the right tracks. This train doesn't stop at IHop...well so the route says. It does stop to pick up other kitties who want on. Does your kitty want on the train to good numbers?
I started the sliding scale again this morning. Some how over the last month we have got off of using the scale & Baxters numbers have been...well not so good in comparison to what we are use to. His neuropathy is getting bad. He drinks a little more water then what I have seen in a long time. I am hoping all of this is because of so many flat cycles & higher numbers recently.

Baxter started on the train at...
AMPS-244-.4
I guess I will find out in a few hours if I put him on the right train.

Have a great day my friends!

I got Hershey's ticket

. When I flipped his over it said, "BELIEVE" so I think we're good to go! (love that movie!)

Hope you have a SUPER day -

Libby (and Hershey, too!)

Libby, I love Hershey's ticket for the train! Baxters ticket didn't look like that...I hope they got on the same train... :o These silly cats. I hope they don't have some trick under their fur. Baxter better not have lied to me & be on the train that goes to IHop.

Choo Choo .....

We'll know in a few days if this scale will still work for him, if not we will have the data to tweak it some.
I figure it might need some tweaking. I don't have much going on through next week so I should be able to get some testing in.

Running another test in 2 hrs.

Big Hen says all aboard, I'm jumping on Baxter's train and hope it sends in the right direction, not to I-Hop or a derailment. :o :>

Come on Big Hen...the more the merrier.
Baxter is on the train, but is hanging outside on the caboose. He is waving to all the kitties as the train passes them by. Really...He probably is looking for the blue & white sign so he can jump off. :o

Grayson can't ride today... he's in back getting a new doo! Yes, they'll be shaving his belly for the ultrasound! :o

But after I left him, I noticed there's a waffle house about 3 blocks  from the vet school! Just in case he needs a little snack

He probably is looking for the blue & white sign so he can jump off.

Baxter,
It's a yellow sign with black letters....look for it!

Baxter jumped the train somewhere close to NASA.
He is now in a rocket ship between earth & the moon fll_moon I should have know he wasn't going to stay on that train. I am putting him back on it very soon...in 3 hours to be exact.

+9-327

I did give him some food around +7.

I don't think it is a complete wash out. He saw a blue that he hasn't seen in 5 days, it wasn't a huge drop but enough to scare Mr. Liver, hopefully not too much. He probably got used to the 300's again.

Soon we start uping the scale and easing him back into better numbers.

PMPS-322-.7
The scale says to give .7 which seems like so much after a week of giving .3. Guess it will be a night of testing.

Back on the train Baxter goes.
Who's up for a night ride on the right train, on the right tracks?

If you are uncomfortable with that dose lower it to something you feel better about. Especially since this might be a bounce number.

I'd maybe go with .5u.

Probably not 911, but you might see green.

Then again this is the scale that was working, I just don't know if Baxter is still in the same groove that he was then.

Don't be scared, you know how to handle anything, I was trying to be conservative and easing back into the scale.

I'm not sure if he is still in the groove either.

It would be nice if the .7 would kick Mr.P in the booty & wake him up.

I guess we will see in a little bit how things are going.

Little by little..... Boy was getting numbers similar to Baxter's and I felt clueless. Definite thanks to all those who pop in to give us advice and emotional support. Eventually, I think we'll get the hang of it.

Does Baxter's BG's go down real low or fast? Think those scared me the most.
