Is it possible for you to get one test in during the PM cycle? Maybe a "before you go to bed" test? It's looking to me like Bart could probably use more insulin but it's possible that his numbers are lower during the PM cycle. Many cats do experience lower numbers at night.

I will try and test him at his +5 and see what it is. He isnt always low at that time I do believe he will have to be increased a little bit but will wait another few days on that one
