I'm sorry nobody got back to you earlier. If you don't get a response when you need it, you can bump up your own thread over and over until you do, by just replying to it. That will bump it up to the top of the list of threads each time.
Eventually, you'll learn to shoot lower numbers, but it looks like you did fine with the BCS dose last night.
 
No worries at all, there was no rush. Yep, ended up with a high number this morning due to the half dose! I'm getting ready to leave the country, so was a little nervous about doing a regular dose
