Hello, everyone. I hope you are all having a good day. Today the human told me to come and share my readings with you. I haven't done that in a while, but I am sure you understand how we felines can get distracted.

Also, the human is starting to try to take additional readings throughout the day. You can see some on the spreadsheet. I know a big concern for you was that with such a high dosing level, I would be at risk for hypoglycemia. As you can see from the spot checks I've had to endure during the day, that does not look like a problem.

The human has increased my dosing by half a unit because it has been warm around here lately.

I'll be quite frank, what I see is a very poorly regulated cat who is still spending most of the time above renal threshold thus allowing for the potential for organ damage. If not also running the risk of ketones.

I also have no clue why warm weather would effect dose considering both of mine have had their doses cut and we have heat indexes well over 100 here.

If your human wishes to post here and follow our well established protocol then we would be more than happy to assist him in bringing your numbers down into normal range. However, since you don't hold the syringe nor determine your own dose or menu I'm afraid we would need to speak with your human.
