I feel s horrible and guilty this is the second time I have felt asleep on dosing time, the first time wasn't for so so long, last night I took a pain medication for my back maybe once a month I need it only Motrin 800, I suffer from cervical complications, and I am sure, the alarm went off and I woke up ay at 9:10 AM when Corky's and Coco's meal it at 4:AM and Corky's dose. I immediately tested Corky his BG was 430 fed them
and dosed Corky while eating, I feel just horrible, I am not a deep sleeper nor sleep a lot go to bed at 10:00AM This is the second time this happens can't have a third, that to change the dosing time I have to go back 1/2 hour each 12 hours? If I recall correctly again Corky is going to ho on a curve when he was doing great that's why I feel such a bad mommy

I wouldn't be so hard on yourself, we are human and we make mistakes. I've accidently missed a few times too in my short period. It can be a big adjustment to your schedule.

What made you choose a 4am and 4pm shot/dinner time? Maybe it'll be easier if you pushed it to 6 or something?

The other people in the forum may have better tips on adjusting than me, but I would probably just switch in 1 hour increments over a few days.

You're doing great and keeping awesome track of Corky's BG!

Well, when he was hospitalized, his first insulin shot was at 4:00 AM so I was told I must keep that schedule, now even though I was told to change schedule it had to be 15 minutes at a time from shot to shot, this, long missing time, I'm just going to keep it as is 6:20 AM- 6:20 PM so far today it has been good, he may have a curve, but I'm not an expert either, but I really think this is going to be best his BG is good, thanks for the encouragement

Do you know how to fix my spreadsheet if you have availability to correct it to show my dosing time at 6AM & 6PM?

I can fix it. With PZ, you don’t have to do changes by 15 mins a cycle or 30 mins once a day. There’s more latitude. Sounds like you’ve already changed his time, though.
