Back for an update, Leo recovering from CRF dehydration bout

Hi everyone, Leo and I haven't visited for some time but I wanted to share that Leo has passed the 5 year mark insulin-free since taking the good advice from this forum's generous members and testing his BG levels and changing his diet. He's been really healthy and happy and had no remissions since then. Unfortunately, he's had a bad week and his CRF has worsened. I've been giving him subQ fluids since Tues. and a liquid diet and he's showing slow progress each day but still far from himself. We're both needing your good thoughts and support...
