I believe kittens that age need to be fed very frequently....like every 2 or 3 hours until about 2 weeks old. Here is a link to some information that hopefully will help. Bless you for rescuing the little darlings!.

Thank you for helping them. Two week old kittens need to be fed 5-6 times a day. Be sure the kittens are warm first as feeding cold kittens can kill them.

The best thing would be to keep them with the momcat if possible, inside where it's warm. If she's in poor condition, she may not have enough milk so make sure she has plenty of good food and water. If the momcat has truly rejected/abandoned them, try contacting a shelter or rescue to see if they have any nursing cats that can be surrogate mothers. Please don't forget about the momcat who will need to be spayed so that she doesn't have to go through this again.

Been there. They need to eat every 2-3 hrs round the clock. They will pretty much let you know. When I bottle fed mine I would started the bottle with 1 oz and increased as they needed more. I would take the bottles out of fridge an hour before so it was room temperature. Microwave would create hotspots and could burn their throats. If momcat won't stay in bed with them and keep them warm, try filling some old tube socks with other socks or stockings, don't over stuff you want them some what squishy so they can cuddle up to it. Good luck. Pics when you can.

Very young kittens need to be stimulated in order to eliminate. Do this after feeding. Take a small cotton ball or washcloth, dampen well with warm water (warm to your wrist) and gently swap around the anus. This should provoke elimination. Wipe clean and pat dry.
