Baby food ok for remission kitty

Hi all ! Elmo and civvies are battling a stomach upset . Is it ok to let him eat baby food to get him past this ? Specifically Gerbers 2nd foods Turkey and turkey gravy as well as Chicken &Chicken Gravy . This was his treat back when on insulin but wanted to check with you all . Many thanks in advance

Thank you, thank you Karen !! Elmo has been doing well and want to keep that up . Do you have any other tips for safely getting him thru this stomach virus ? We are giving them Nux vomica 30c homeopathic remedy 2x a day . Again, many thanks to you !!

Gerber's 2nd has corn starch. Will they eat Beachnut? Beachnut does not gave corn starch.

Sorry for the poor picture quality. Can't remember all the flavors but I think they have chicken and maybe turkey, along with beef

I have found it at Wal-Mart and local grocery stores.

Again, a million thanks Lizzie . Just ordered both from Amazon but will go check locally to hold me over til Amazon comes . Amazon is a special lifeline to us living in a small town ! Hope and pray recovery is coming along steadily there in Houston . You all continue to be in our hearts and prayers

Mine won't eat Beechnut either.....and China's numbers have never gone up from Gerbers despite the little corn starch in it

My cats also preferred the Gerbers, and I saw no effect on BGs. Unless Elmo is sensitive to corn, he should be fine on it for a short period.
