Yes, you would increase by 0.25u. Increase on the cycle you can monitor.

If you can monitor today, go ahead and increase. You don't want to hold a dose too long if you aren't seeing a nadir under 150.

her AMPS was 295 and I took the plunge and increased to 0.75U

Time for a little LC snack to slow her down. You don't want steep dives to happen as the cat may end up bouncing. I didn't expect that kind of drop between +2 and +4. Check at +5.

FWIW, I might not have increased just yet. The 0.5 unit dose got her into low 50's which doesn't leave much room for an increase. And last night she had a fairly flat mostly yellow cycle, which can often be a sign of an active cycle to follow.

Try a couple taps of LC and test in 30 minutes. If she goes low, then yes, back to 0.5 u

Stay at 0.75u. You're not going past the good dose. You're in the right vicinity now.
