Asthma/upper respiratory tract issues - what works for your baby?

Hi. If your baby has asthma and/or upper respiratory tract issues, please share with me what medicines (or even supplements or anything else) he/she takes that help.

I am at a point where I really want/need to do something to help Willow. Besides inhaled corticosteroids, I am not aware of other options. Regarding those.. we have the AeroKat device to try and get her to a point where she will 'allow' it, but we do not have the medication yet. I am wondering if there are other things that can be given to help.

What someone here recommended me and I apologize for not remembering exactly who and has really worked amazingly is easy breather. (https://www.jacksongalaxy.com/products/easy-breather.html) I use it for upper respiratory issues (allergic rhinitis) but I've heard that it helps with asthma too.

Since I started using it I've almost never had to use his medicines, before I used that or if the attack is more severe I give him rhinocort aqua nasal (budesonide)

Giving him a dose of sea water spray also helped clear his upper air ways

Rhinocort is easier, the sea water is harder and actually at first was like face spray, I wouldn't even find his nostrils, seriously since he's face is pretty flat but after a few fits and tantrums I think he realized he could actually breathe better after the spray and kind of got resigned, still I have to do it burrito(taco ) style and really really fast I actually just have one try on each nostril and with no time between the tries

Also it helps we started doing it when he was still a kitten about 10 months old and have been doing it for many years now
 
Forgot to say I don't actually introduce the spray in his nostril I actually just put it at the entrance and press the spray so a bit of the meds actually gets in his face and I just wipe it off
