We had amps of 238 and a +6.5 of 230 today so far.
We’re sticking with 2.4 units to see where that takes us.

Sounds like a good plan. I'd let that 2.4u settle in for a few more cycles. I am not convinced his body isn't fighting the dose still after that blip into the greens the other day!
