Oh, Arnie, sweet little funny red-headed boy...
you will be deeply and sorely missed.

I can't begin to tell you how many long days and nights were brightened by the funny stories you shared with us about Arnie, Bob-
he was a true charmer and a beloved orinch boy.

Hearts are breaking around the world with yours...
you were a wonderful daddy to sweet Arnster-
and the two of you brought so much joy to the rest of us.

Land ever so softly, Arnie- and may the angels hold you closely until you wriggle from their arms to run jump and play beyond the veil.

Bob - your sweet Arnie was indeed our beloved orinch boy - the pictures - the humor - the postings - so enjoyed by all of us.

I know you're overcome by sadness tonight but your Arnie is looking down at you with such love - in the arms of your mom - and he is young once more and free of pain.

We all share your pain here though.

I can never thank you all enough! Please continue to support the LLEF and the FDMB! I know that I will! I'm at work now so I can't even read all of these messages but I will read every one in the morning when I get home. My heart is broken and I will miss my boy terribly but I know it was the right thing to do. He was suffering and I was not going to let that continue anymore. I could tell by the look in his eyes that he was ready to cross that bridge and he purred for me when I held him for the last time in that room. It was hard driving back home because I could not stop crying. Only slept about one hour. But I was strong for him when I was with him to the end. Just like he was strong for me. Fly Free Sweet Boy! I Love You!!

Oh - this is such sad news. Bob I am so so sorry for your loss. Arnie was so lucky to have you to love him and take such good care of him. And of course you were so lucky to have him to love you back. I am thinking of you . You did all that you possibly could to make his life full of nothing but love ((hug))
 
(((((Bob))))) We are crying along with you....I am so sorry for your loss. But I believe that you did indeed do the "right thing" for Arnie. Even though it was the hardest thing for YOU...you set him free from his pain.
I hope that all your memories of your years together will give you comfort Bob...Sending hugs to you.

I can't read the posts about the losses of special babies any longer as it brings back a flood of painful memories that won't quit as I lost my boy in Feb.

But I did read about Arnie and I can only say how very, very sorry I am. You obviously had such a special bond of deep love for your 'boy' and he for you. Thank goodness he had you to take care of him and love him til the very end. The unrelenting grief wanes in time but that special love that you shared will never be forgotten.

Please accept my deepest condolences Bob. I'm so sorry for your loss of Arnie. I hope you can enjoy your memories of him soon without anymore pain.
