His SS is not up to date - computer at home is dying so I am leaving it off.

Anyway, last night he was in the 350s at PS +11.5, I shot .4u. Then this am he was 169 at +12. He seemed a little withdrawn last night, but ok this morning so I wonder if he went low overnight. That's just such a big difference in PS numbers. FYI, same meter, the old one, so it's not that. Shot .3u this morning.
 
Pamela, he is doing great - except for brief periods of time when he seems withdrawn or depressed. They don't last long, but usually happen at 4am and I just can't get myself to wake up enough to test him. Ask me how I know he is "withdrawn" then? Because he isn't sleeping crosswise on my feet!

Otherwise, he is a very affectionate kitty - especially when I need to leave for work. He is one of those kitties that likes to have his belly rubbed and then rubs his paw on his face and wiggles from side to side.

I know it isn't possible, but he seems to be longer and taller than he was when I got him - not just heavier. His fur is getting longer and fuller as if he was 18 mos old and still filling out, not 11 and well past being done growing. And, yes, before anyone mentions it, there is a very tiny, very quiet voice in the back of my mind whispering "acro...", but I can't really see it, not with the very low doses he is on and the OTJ time.

Weird how well we know our cats when they just seem 'off'. I don't know how you can sleep with him across your feet!

Tigger does that too....! At least something similar. If I rub his tummy he frantically licks the inside of his front leg and does these spitting noises on it. :)

Well, he is on a much better diet now since you got him so maybe that has something to do with it.

Tigger has gotten more muscular and a little larger in the last couple years and I am not thinking acro either with his numbers. I attribute it to his raw diet.
 
How do you measure a cat? I read a "tip of nose to tip of tail" measurement once. Is that with head up? Straight? down? Actually, have you ever tried to measure a cat? They do NOT hold still long enough and want to play with the measuring tape.

Anyway... Jeddie is either 33" or 34" from nose to end of tail. His tail is about 14" long. That's a long tail. see:

He really is such a gorgeous cat - i can't wait till your computer is all fixed up so we can see a current picture (hint, hint :-D ).

I'm not surprised to hear that he's not only gaining weight but height and bulk as well. He was too skinny and looked disheveled when you first brought him home. With appropriate feedings, medical care and all the lovin's you're giving him, of course he's thriving.

I do but of course you know Jeddie a lot better.
