Bud seems to be a fast dropper. AMPS was 403 and at +3 he was down to 190 already. We were leaving and going to be gone for a bit so I gave him some 13% carbs food. When I got home at +8 I thought sure he'd be rising but he tested 88! I was wondering if maybe a little higher carbs at shot time would work better for Bud to slow the drops and maybe keep his numbers from going all over the place. Any thoughts?
Oh I was thinking of splitting one 5.5 ounce can of a little higher carbs at shot time between 6 cats and then leaving low carb out to graze on during the day. So, not a ton of higher carb food, just a bit.
