Hi gang, I seem to recall that there was a person on here who was located not far from me here on Vancouver Island.. I know Neko is on the mainland in Vancouver, but I thought there was a new person even closer to me?? anyway...
I realized that since we switched Rupert to Levemir.... I still had a box of lantus in the fridge. I think I was hanging on to it in case we were going to switch back or somethning but that's not likely now, Rupie is doing really well on the Lev. Anyway. I have FIVE brand new, unopened vials of Lantus, one with expiration of 5/14 and the rest sometime in 2015... June maybe? can't remember. Wondering if there is someone close to me interested in buying them off me for massively reduced price or in desperate need. I'd say that I'd send anywhere, but with the refrigeration issues I can't see how I could ship anyway so was thinking if anyone was near me....... I'll be in Vancouver (Langley) over easter weekend at a horse show so could maybe work something like that (Neko.. are you on lantus or lev now?).... :?:
Hope everyone is doing well. Rupie is what I would call 'almost regulated'..!.. he's still king of the bounces but they aren't as high and he seems to live happily in the low teens, or 9/10 range most of the time. he'll be 17 this year I think! :razz:
all the other critters are well, the other four kitties ruling the house, under Ruperts ultimate command of course! Horsies all doing well, had a massively successful competition year last season and gearing up for even bigger and better things this one. :mrgreen:
Hugs and vines to all that need them. Sorry I haven't been around for ages, life just toooooo hectic and am really grateful to this board for giving me the skills/tools to manage Rupie and giving me a real handle on how things work, and how not to panic!
