I've been stalking her from time to time as I thought I might have missed something. Shasta needs nausea meds daily and seems to run a bit high probably due to her busy summer. I was just glad to see the ss filled in!

Hello all,

I did take a step back from FDMB so that I could spend more time with Shasta. Zener's "pet more, worry less" mantra became my mantra over the summer and I realized that I had stopped petting and spending time "with" Shasta while I spent hours on the computer. So, I put the computer down and spent more time with my girl. I could tell that she was getting worse, but I just didn't want to admit it because I was afraid that I would jinx everything and lose her right then and there. Anyways, school has been keeping me excessively busy; as has my new cat, Remi and my feral cat, Mamacita. I promise to update everyone on Remi and Mamacita, but I first need to write up a post for Shasta. I'll start working on that tomorrow. My headache just got worse thanks to all of my crying. Thank you for thinking of us, sending us vines, and so much more. I am truly sorry that I caused you all to worry and that I did not update everyone on Shasta's situation back when everything was going downhill. It all happened so rapidly...but in slow motion.
